A Five year old and his love for food.
When I was five years old and was located in Apatzingan Michoacan, Mexico. I used to go to my neighbors house and help cook. There, lived two girls that were in high school. I learned a lot from those girls. They showed me how to assemble the stove they used. I learned to plate and garnish the dish. From that moment on, I Loved Food. My favorite dish was and still is, (Morisqueta). White fluffy rice, topped with (frijoles de la hoja) beans from a pot. Then it is topped with a spicy sauce that has chunks of costillas de puerco (pork ribs), it also has chunks of cheese that is cooked in the sauce. No need for tortillas for this dish. All you really need is a fork and a Coca Cola.
My dream is to teach people of where I came from and what I ate at a young age. One day I will have my food truck and teach about Mexican Street Style Tacos to others.

Good afternoon and Happy June. We are looking into investing into a food trailer for the business. School is almost done this year, I'll be able to focus more on posting more pictures and videos. Stay tuned for more information on the development of the business.
