My name is Jose Antonio Garcia Ortega.

I was born in Michoacan, Mexico on July 5, 1983. I have always loved food, the taste of it, the texture, the sweetness, and the spice of it. My dream is to own my food truck and teach others about a unique dish we have in the streets of Mexico. The street style taco is well known in Mexico but not so much in the United States. I am currently attending South Hills School of Business & Technology located in Altoona, Pennsylvania. With their help I will be graduating on September, 2022 with a degree in Business Administration-Management & Marketing. I intent to use this degree to present my plan to a local bank and pursue my dream.
